What We Are Looking For

Must be detail oriented

Must have good written/oral communication skills

Must possess excellent people skills/customer service skills

Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time

Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various temperatures ranging from moderate to extreme cold and heat

Must be able to work flexible schedules

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum age of 18

U.S. high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED); College Degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years security guard experience

Prior Law Enforcement and/or Military preferred but not required

Possession of a valid driver license authorizing operation of a motor vehicle in the U.S.

Must be able to pass a drug test

Must be a citizen of the United States

Must pass a background check, incl. criminal history, personal references, employment, and education verification

Must pass MMPI, the TXDPS standard for psychological well-being and suitability of level 3 security guards in Texas

No felony, domestic violence or misdemeanor assault convictions; cannot currently be on probation or parole
